Our general cancellation policy is:
- Cancellation more than 15 days before the trip: 50% of the booking amount is refundable.
- Cancellation within 15 days of the trip: The booking amount is non-refundable.
Additional circumstances may apply according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms agreed at the time of booking.
